When you book through a booking site (like Booking.com, Expedia.com, etc), we charge an extra €10 per room per night to partly compensate for their commission.

For the weekend of the F1 races in Spa-Francorchamps we have a special arrangement: €420 for two nights, plus €90 for each additional night for 2 persons including breakfast.
For now, you can only book through the link above, so not through bookings sites like Booking.com. Cancellation for this F1 weekend is not possible.

Cancellation Policy:
Only via the link above you can book with the option to cancel. We do not offer this option via the booking sites (Booking.com, Expedia).
Given the costs that we are charged by various platforms for reimbursement in the event of cancellation, we are forced to withhold €10 per room per night from the amount to be refunded.
For cancellations after 4:00 PM on the day before the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.
Due to an avalanche of fake bookings with phishing purposes, we have been forced to automatically charge your credit card immediately upon booking.
The refund in case of cancellation will therefore have to be started manually. Please send an email to info@lamaisondemaitre.com.

We have stopped our partnership with Wonderbox/Vivabox for both the hotel and the restaurant.

When hotel and restaurant are normally closed, we do accept reservations for groups.
